After brushing a few mistakes from my LinnenberG Maestro amp review, I hopped on over to LinnenberG -and discovered that I missed a big announcement: Vivace 2 DAC is out. As you know, Vivace is my favourite listening DAC. Yes, Hilo-be-damned.

Vivace 2 has received a face lift, and has gone grey. It keeps the horizontal lines, and gets a larger, more clearly labelled attenuator pot. Finally, its input selection is clearer and it does 352,8kHz/24-bit and DSD 64/128/256/512.

Be sure to read my words about the original Vivace. Then do your best to imagine what lengths Ivo went to improve upon it.
